Chrome Remote Desktop App without Browser I was clicking the Chrome Remote Desktop icon on the desktop to access Chrome Remote Desktop. It was its own icon - The screen inside a screen icon for it. This launched the app WITHOUT the browser. In fact, I could open the browser and it would show one instance of chrome open even while remote access was open in another window. I'm trying to replicate this after re-installing Chrome. I can right-click on the remote devices on pagehttps://remotedesktop.google.com/access/and select 'open link in chrome remote desktop' to activate the window outside of the browser. But how can I get the icon back on the desktop for a quick launch? The is no way to drag like a normal app. Details Setting Up and Using Chrome, Windows, Stable (Default) Pinned Locked This question is locked and replying has been disabled. |
