Script errors are typically caused by data that has been cached within the browser. To avoid these messages you want to:
- Open the Windows Control Panel
- Navigate to Internet Options
- With the section: Browsing History, select the Delete... option
- With the window that is generated, ensure that you have ticked all the options apart from the last four and select Delete
Once that process has been followed, restart AccountRight before trying that login process again.

Me too. My software is on the computer but file online. I can log into apps.myob that way but cant send my payslips out.

Something else to try is:
- go to Control panel>>Internet options
- click Settings under the General tab
- click View files
- delete the contents of the folder
If that doesn't fix the issue please send me a screenshot of the error log: AccountRight log locations
How to Set / Modify Creo Options, please follow below two options outlaying the process to make these changes:
- Option 1:- To set config option Launch Creo Parametric

Options >
Configuration Editor
- Add the config options as mentioned above (e.g. web_browser_homepage to about: blank)
- Select
OK
- When opted - Save to configuration file select >
YES
- OK
- Relaunch Creo Parametric trial version Option 2:-
- Edit the config.pro file using WordPad or Notepad By default, the location of config.pro file C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 8.0.0.0\Common Files\text\config.pro
