Nissan Navara 2022 comes in a total of 13 variants. Nissan Navara 2022 is available with 6-Speed MT transmission. The Nissan Navara 2022 is a 2 Seater Pickup whose kerb weight 1828 Kg. In line with keeping its line-up fresh, Nissan has unveiled an enhanced version of the Navara boasting an updated style and more driver assistance technologies as standard.

Just launched in Thailand (as the MY2022 Navara), and likely will make its way to the rest of Southeast Asia, the 2023 Navara now gets more Nissan Intelligent Mobility (NIM) features as standard. 

The Intelligent Forward Collision Warning and Driver Attention Alert, which are already standard on the VE Calibre grade is now joined by ADAS technologies previously available only in higher trim VL and PRO models. These include Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Blind Spot Warning (BSW) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA).

Moreover, the new Navara also benefits from two new brake-related ADAS systems. Intelligent Lane Intervention (ILI) applies braking force to steer the car right back into the lane when it senses the vehicle veering off lane markings, and Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention (IBSI) which lightly applies braking force to return vehicle back to its lane if it detects an obstacle in its blind spot during a lane change.

The safety features are capped off the High Beam Assist (HBA) which automatically the switches the headlights from high- to low beam when it detects a vehicle ahead.

Aesthetically, the refreshed Navara remains unchanged, however, variants equipped with leather seats now sport heat-reflecting Quole Modure seats.

Together with the newfound safety systems and seating material, the refreshed Navara also marks the return the Black Edition for 2023 (see lead and accompanying photos).

The Navara Black Edition features black finishing to the front grille, side mirror molding, door handles, front lower bumper, tailgate handle, and overfender. It also adds a shark fin antenna, black body stickers, and black 18-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, the interior trim, air vents, inside door handle, cup holders, transmission base, door armrest, and door trim are also colored in black, matching the sportier look of the exterior.

Mechanically, Nissan has kept the refreshed Navara unchanged. In Thailand, it remains powered by a 2.3-liter twin-turbo 4-cylinder with 190 horsepower (163 horsepower with the manual) and 450 Nm of torque (405 Nm for the manual). For the Philippine market, it will likely keep the same 2.5-liter single-turbo with the same outputs: 190 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque (163 horsepower and 403 Nm of torque for the manual).

Due to the tight competition in the pick-up truck segment, expect Nissan Philippines to unveil this updated version of the Navara very soon; likely as early as the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) in September.

The new 2023 Nissan Navara Pro-4X is a great pickup truck at the top of the Navara line. Because of its class and size, it is a real competitor. The Ford Ranger, which is a mid-size truck, will be one of its main rivals. The company is said to be making some changes next year, which will result in more modern and more attractive styling.

There are more black accents in the Pro-4X version, such as bigger fender flares, sharper grille, and red letters in the emblem. The new 2023 Nissan Navara Pro-4X will reportedly offer a single powertrain choice. According to what we know, the company will use a 2.3-liter engine that can make up to 190 horsepower. People say that this diesel engine will have a seven-speed automatic transmission.

On the other hand, there’s still hope that the manual transmission will be on offer. Another important thing about this truck is the ride quality. Nissan will provide a smoother ride, thanks to the numerous tweaks beneath the skin. Moreover, Navar Pro-4X will offer the Off-Road driving mode that is great for rough terrain, and a Sport mode that makes the truck run its best on the road.

2023 Nissan Navara Pro-4X Launch Date and Price

The upcoming 2023 Nissan Navara Pro-4X will be out later this year, with more changes than the one before it. This truck stands out because of its tough design and extra off-road gear.
