We have Win10 x64 1803 deployed in our environment and have "Fix scaling for apps" -> "Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry" option enabled. However, like clockwork, everytime a user RDP's into his main desktop from his laptop and then disconnects the session, comes in and physically uses his main desktop, we notice everything is blurry. I'd like to clarify that nothing is blurry during the RDP session, the main desktop has nothing blurry if RDP is never initiated. Is there anything we can do to prevent this or fix this without rebooting? Thanks! TEST YOUR SMARTS

What type of graphics cards does the machine have? If its an intel card I know some people have had issues and have gone into properties and turned off "Conservative Morphological Anti-Aliasing.

You could have your user log off instead of disconnecting. I have found that if a remote user takes over a session and then doesn't log out, the console login will attempt to use the remote session display settings that were initiated on connection causing weird display anomalies. You could also try disabling smart screen as it does weird stuff with the display
