How Do I Turn Off Autoplay

How do I turn autoplay off? I'm starting to get sick of not being able to find anything anywhere that would give me the option. This is poor site management.

Autoplay won't start if you're connected to a mobile network and have been inactive for 30 minutes. On Wi-Fi, Autoplay will stop automatically after four hours. This prevents long Autoplay sessions you might forget about.
Autoplay is switched on by default. At the end of each video, youll see a countdown that tells you whats going to play next. The countdown will automatically pause if you scroll down past the video player or start typing something, like a comment or a search. You can also click Cancel on the countdown screen to prevent the next video from automatically playing.
Turn Autoplay off on Computer
- In the video player, click settings .
- Turn off Autoplay by using the toggle .
- Go to theUp Nextsection on the video page.
- Turn off Autoplay by usingthe toggle .
Turn Autoplay off on Android
Use the same instructions for the YouTube app and mobile site.
- Go to theUp Nextsection on the video page.
- Use the toggle at the top of the Up Next section to turn off Autoplay.
Turn Autoplay off on iPhone & iPad
Use the same instructions for the YouTube app and mobile site.
- Go to the Up Next section on the video page.
- Use the toggle at the top of the Up Next section to turn off Autoplay.

This used to be possible, but the option is not there anymore. It's incredibly frustrating, there's not even a delay between videos any longer, it just shoots off the next video without any time to stop it or read comments or anything. Really putting me off watching youtube videos, this happens any time the video is in a playlist.
