Long story short. They sent me varying versions of the shirt I ordered. The newer ones were far worse quality yet are marketed as "the same great shirt" but "with a different label". Customer services fobbed me off with various excuses and ultimately refused to acknowledge a screenshot of their website showing how they have misrepresented the product. Their responses have been inconsistent and contradictory. Their last attempt to resolve the dispute was to offer a 15% off code and to ignore the points raised previously. Expect their newer shirts to be made from thinner, poor quality, fabric and to be sold under the guise of a 'sale price' when actually they're no better than high street options and probably worse. Sadly, the range has been limited in the last few years (hence 4* rating) but every hope they will return to their previous excellent standard. I have also purchased some suits and I must say that they are better quality than the suits that I have purchased that have been bespoke tailored for me. Does the Marketing Dept understand the value of the "grey pound" and should they think a little more about their offering to the wider marketplace. As a mature chap with a good disposable income I do not see an affinity with any of the models whose images, across the range, are supposed to make me buy!! A quick phone call to sack the ad agency could be a good investment.
