How do I turn my autoplay on?

In this pandemic situation, most of us spend our time on mobile devices or computers. We keep on checking out videos on YouTube. Sometimes we find the loop of similar videos running on our YouTube in an autoplay mode. Autoplay is an amazing option on YouTube that makes it easier for the user to watch the next video that will be played. Based on the history, the related video will be automatically played.

The users can prevent long auto-play sessions by switching off the wifi for 4 hours or disconnecting their mobile network for 30 mins. The Android,iPhones, and iPads can be stopped from playing what's next in the comment or search section of the YouTube page. This will immediately stop the auto-play version of videos. At the end section of the video, you can tap cancel for further prevention of videos.

Here is the step by step guide to use the Autoplay button:

Computer and Mobile Device:

• Open the YouTube app on a mobile device or computer.
• Go to the screen for any video.
• At the top of the video player, tap on the Autoplay and toggle from off to on or vice-versa.
• This off button will be off till the time it is turned back on.

Autoplay on Television:

• To change the Autoplay settings on the YouTube app on TV
• First, open the Youtube app on your TV
• Go to the settings button.
• Then scroll for the Autoplay option.
• Click the Autoplay box to turn the Autoplay toggle on or off.

Autoplay while casting on your TV:

• When the TV is connected to the phone or tablet, the device can be used to control Autoplay.
• Connect your mobile device to your TV and start a video to play.
• There is a control bar at the bottom of the screen to expand the queue and the settings for Autoplay are there.
• You can use the toggle to turn it off and on.
