How to edit playlist on YouTube Music app

If youre like meand Google Play Music handed you a gold platter a couple years ago with a decent platform for music and then changed its mind in 2020 to dropkick you from behind while you werent looking

Youve come to the right place to learn about some thing Youtube Music (YTM) can do for you that Google Play Music (GPM) couldnt.

Things to Note

There are distinctions that we need to make before we move forward.

Youtube Music playlists are natively, regular Youtube Playlists.
You knowlike those meme playlists you probably make or playlists of all your kpop biases???

This is important to note because the native Youtube Music Mobile App and Youtube Music Web App wont give you some features that the regular Youtube Mobile App and Youtube Website can.

This can only be done on the Youtube app or youtube.com. YTM wont allow thisyet(?) Im shooketh that YTM doesnt natively support this.

On Mobile (easiest)

1. Go to your YT app > Libraries > select your playlist you want to reorder
2. Tap Sort, right next to how many videos you have in your playlist
3. Then select what kind of default order you want your playlist to have
