Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.

Supervisors includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

Environmental and Social Management Framework and “ESMF” means the Recipient’s framework dated November 30, 2010, which: (i) sets forth standards, methods and procedures specifying how technological research activities under the Project whose location, number and scale are presently unknown shall systematically address environmental and social issues in the screening and categorization, sitting, design, implementation and monitoring phases during Project implementation; (ii) systematizes the environmental and social impact assessment required for such activities before Project execution; and (iii) stipulates the procedures for conducting site-specific environmental impact assessments, be they limited environmental impact assessments or full environmental impact assessment.

Training program means any program that provides information to and evaluates the knowledge of a Class A, Class B, or Class C operator through testing, practical demonstration, or another approach acceptable to the implementing agency regarding requirements for UST systems that meet the requirements of Section 2-3-1.

Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

Second Level Domain has the meaning given to it in this paragraph. “URL” means a web address, including the “http://” and any material appearing after a slash in the address. “Domain Name” means a URL, less the “http://” and any material appearing to the right of the next slash (‘/’) in the address. (So for example, in the URL “Http://janesmith.abcrealty.com/homepage.html”, the Domain Name is “JANESMITH.ABCREALTY.COM”.) “Top Level Domain” means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “ABCREALTY.COM”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “JANESMITH.ABCREALTY.COM”.).

Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

Clinical supervisor means an individual who provides clinical supervision.

Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.

Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

Review Officer means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by Access Persons. The term “Alternative Review Officer” means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by the Review Officer, and who shall act in all respects in the manner prescribed herein for the Review Officer. It is recognized that a different Review Officer and Alternative Review Officer may be designated with respect to each Adviser.

Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided."

Cultural competency means the ability to recognize, respect, and address the unique needs, worth, thoughts, communications, actions, customs, beliefs and values that reflect an individual’s racial, ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, and/or social group.

Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

Cultural Competence means a set of congruent practice skills, behaviors, attitudes and policies in a system, agency or among those persons providing services that enables that system, agency, or those persons providing services to work effectively in a cross-cultural situations. CONTRACTOR shall have a written policy and procedure that ensure organizational and individual compliance by its staff and providers.

Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.

Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

Quality Assurance Plan means a plan approved by the board for ongoing monitoring, measuring, evaluating, and, if necessary, improving the performance of a pharmacy function or system.

Environmental and Social Management Plan means the Recipient’s document prepared in accordance with the Environmental and Social Management Framework with respect to an activity, that details: (i) the measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the activity to eliminate or offset adverse environmental or social impacts, or to reduce them to acceptable levels, and (ii) the actions needed to implement these measures.

Ground Level means the level of the referred point of exposed surface of the ground as indicated in the drawing.

Management Team shall include any executive officer, senior vice-president and vice-president of the Company and other employees of the Company nominated by the Chief Executive Officer and ratified by the Compensation Committee.

Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
