How to delete a playlist on YouTube Music

YouTube is a popular video-sharing and social media platform where users watch more than one billion hours of videos each day. YouTube has a massive reach across the globe. It is one of the most influential social media platforms for video streaming across the world.

A playlist is a collection of videos. Anybody can make playlists, share them, and friends can add videos to your playlist. You can go to the library tab to view all of your playlists.

Here is how to delete a playlist on YouTube:

Step 1: Open the YouTube app on your phone.

Step 2: Then go to the library tab.

Step 3: Tap on the playlist you want to delete under the Playlists" section.

Step 4: Now tap on More on the playlist.

Step 5: Tap on the Delete playlist.

Step 6: Finally, tap on DELETE.

Step 1: Open YouTube on your browser.

Step 2: Delete a playlist

Step 3: Go to one of your playlists.

Step 4: Click the Menu.

Step 5: Select Delete playlist.

Step 6: Confirm that you want to delete your playlist by selecting Delete.

Note: After you delete a playlist, the playlist URL and title will no longer be visible or searchable in YouTube Analytics. Data associated with the playlist, such as Watch time, will still be part of broader reports, but won't be attributed to the deleted playlist.
