Office 365 Outlook Web App - Link Previews in Office 365

This document provides an overview of how to insert a link preview into a mail message using Office 365 - Outlook Web App.

Link preview adds a small preview snippet to the message when you paste a URL into the email message.

To enable this feature in the Outlook Web App for Office 365:

When in the Outlook Web App for Office 365, first click on the Settings icon

Click on Mail.
Under the Mail subfolder Layout, click on Link preview.
Click on the selection box next to Preview links in email.

Once this feature is selected, paste a URL into a message for a preview of the web page.

To Disable Link Preview:
Unchecking the selection box next toPreview links in emailand then clicking Savewill turn this feature off.
