So today my MSI GF75 Thin 9SC is acting weird for the first time in almost 2 years before I got it. So I was just browsing and suddenly, it shut off, like pressing a restart button. Tried leaving on idle too, same crap. The most interesting part is that when I tried checking the temperature, my Nvidia graphic card was N/A on MSI's program and it was 0% on task manager. Super weird, tried to install graphic drivers but the stupid Nvidia program gets stuck on 100% as usual. Yesterday I was playing GTA 5 with no problems. Is this drivers' fault? How can I install it if my laptop shuts down? Also I tried Windows 10 advanced options, it didn't seem to shut down from there... Did you see any error message before it shutting down? Have you checked the event viewer log? What is the battery level after you reboot the system? |
